We produce only the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. Our olives are handpicked and cold pressed
within twenty-four hours of harvest. Our oil is then bottled in dark glass and the harvest date handwritten on the label. Under normal conditions we recommend that you use olive oil within one year but if stored
properly it will be good for up to two years.

The Estate Reserve is best used when you want to feature the taste of olive oil and is right for dipping, drizzling and dressings. |
