Please join us at our newly opened tasting room to taste Livermore Valley olive oil as well as other high quality, extra virgin olive oils, both domestic and imported, and a large collection of unique balsamic vinegars and flavored olive oils. Our no charge tasting will allow you to discover the many different flavor profiles of olive oil and balsamic vinegars and how to combine them for all types of cooking and eating.
Victorine Valley Farms is a small family farm located between Livermore and Danville California. We produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil using organic agricultural practices.
Our estate grove is home to four Tuscan varietals which are blended into a classic Tuscan type olive oil. In the fall of 2009 we will also be harvesting and producing an Arbequina and late harvest Frantoio olive oil.
